I’ve always loved a reason to celebrate. From a young age, I was planning and executing sweet sixteens and birthday parties, and later running baking classes for kids. What started early on as something I simply loved to do eventually became the career I had always imagined for myself.

After college, I moved to Dallas, where I began my career working alongside two of the industry’s most respected wedding planners. Over the next several years, I gained experience in full-service planning, floral, design, and production—learning how thoughtful details, beautiful design, and seamless execution come together to create an unforgettable celebration.

Eventually, I returned home to St. Louis to create Katie Events. Today, I have the privilege of planning celebrations in St. Louis and destinations across the country, creating events that feel personal, intentional, and entirely reflective of the people at the heart of them.
